Location: Wandsworth South West London
Contract: October 2025 July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: 444.00 per week (PAYE)

A high-achieving secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a Cambridge Graduate to join their support team. This Cambridge Graduate role is ideal for someone exploring a future in teaching psychology or education policy.
In this Cambridge Graduate position youll work closely with students and teachers across a range of academic subjects. Youll support learners in lessons lead small-group interventions and help plan and organise resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing tailored academic support within lessons across a range of subjects
- Delivering small group or one-to-one intervention sessions for targeted pupils to close learning gaps
- Supporting pupils with revision techniques study skills and independent learning strategies
- Assisting teachers with classroom preparation lesson resources and general teaching support
- Encouraging pupil engagement motivation and confidence in both academic and social settings
- Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back observations to teaching staff
Were looking for:
- A 2:1 or above degree from the University of Cambridge (any subject)
- Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- Strong academic ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in education and supporting pupil development
- Full-time availability from October 2025 and commitment to working within a school environment
