At Woodhouse Adventure Park were looking for a capable practical and self-motivated Maintenance & Services Officer to help keep our 54-hectare property safe functional and looking its best. From general repairs and infrastructure checks to mowing pruning and getting things guest-ready this is a hands-on full-time rolewhere no two days are quite the same.

Whether its a school camp wedding or family weekend away - your work helps create the kind of experience that people remember for all the right reasons.

Description

What youll be doing

General property maintenance across buildings amenities and basecamps
Basic repairs (patching painting fixing adjusting) and minor projects
Grounds upkeep - mowing pruning clearing debris and managing seasonal tasks
Setting up equipment and assisting with guest preparation (e.g. fire drums BBQs signage)
Performing routine checks (e.g. gas bottles water systems hazards)
Reporting issues and logging tasks using internal job tracking systems
Supporting volunteers and contractors when needed

Skills And Experiences

What youll need

A good set of practical skills and a hands-on mindset
Experience in general maintenance groundskeeping or similar work
The ability to work independently and manage your time well
Confidence using tools and small machinery
Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors in all weather
A current SA drivers license and police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
