What Youll Do
You will:
Provide operational leadership and support for a restructured outpatient service area ensuring smooth coordinated daily operations.
Partner with physicians and administrative leaders to improve workflows patient access and quality outcomes.
Apply strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives implement process improvements and drive service line success.
Monitor key performance indicators budgets and compliance metrics to achieve both clinical and financial excellence.
Build and mentor a high-performing team through clear communication coaching and recognition.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and compassion consistent with Logan Healths core values.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in a healthcare or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience preferably in a healthcare or outpatient setting.
Demonstrated project management and change management experience with the ability to coordinate complex initiatives.
Knowledge of healthcare operations reimbursement practices and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
A hands-on leadership approach and enthusiasm for managing both people and processes during periods of change.
