The Team Lead Deal Operations & Global Quoting will guide and support the Global Quoting Team while ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality quotes for both direct and partner channels. Additionally this role will help deal coordination to maximize revenue by identifying potential upsell cross-sell and add-on opportunities. Will assist in administrative functions to ensure that opportunities are quoted and routed as quickly as possible. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on quoting expertise in a fun and fast-paced environment reporting to the Manager Global Deal Optimization & Quoting.

Responsibilities:

• Essential Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management
  • Guide and support the Global Quoting Team helping to resolve issues and ensure high-quality output
  • Help monitor and analyze team performance metrics identifying areas for improvement
  • Assist in ensuring team compliance with company policies
  • Help cultivate a positive team culture promoting collaboration and customer-centricity
  • Provide input on hiring advancement and team member development
• Operational Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate and competitive quotes
  • Assist with SOWs for customization and managed services
  • Identify potential add-on/upgrade opportunities and alert sellers accordingly
  • Create prorated add-on upgrade or cross-sale opportunities
  • Update quotes when proration expires
  • Execute post-sale admin and order routing forms
  • Log and monitor stats on a daily/weekly basis
• Process Improvement & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Manager and Order Processing to develop process improvements
  • Act as liaison between Global Quoting Team and other departments
  • Contribute to optimization of quoting tools and systems
  • Assist Manager in preparing regular reports on team performance and trends
• Authority to hire or fire subordinate employees or the Team Lead Global Quoting Team (New Business) makes suggestions and recommendations as to the hiring firing advancement promotion or any other change of status of subordinate employees that are given particular weight

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 years of experience in order processing quoting or sales operations within technology/cybersecurity industry
• Experience with Google Sheets Docs & Slides and Salesforce
• Proven track record in process improvements and achieving performance targets
• Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative and team work abilities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
• Ability to develop cross-functional relationships
• Handle stress with a positive calm and data-driven approach
