Konik is partnering with a fully integrated real estate and construction firm to add a Senior Project Manager to their growing team. This award-winning company is known for its collaborative culture innovative projects and excellence across design development construction and property management. The Senior Project Manager will play a key leadership role in driving complex design-build projects from concept through completion ensuring success across schedule budget and client satisfaction.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of design-build and construction projects from preconstruction and budgeting through closeout and client turnover

• Oversee all project accounting billing and Procore budgets

• Develop and maintain project schedules and logistics plans in coordination with field superintendents

• Complete take-offs and conceptual budgets for potential and active projects

• Negotiate and manage subcontracts purchase orders and other construction-related agreements

• Maintain accuracy in plan reading estimating bidding and cost tracking

• Coordinate with project owners end-users architects engineers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment and quality execution

• Analyze challenges propose solutions and drive timely decision-making to maintain progress

• Promote a strong jobsite safety culture and positive working relationships across teams

Senior Project Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects with a general contractor

• Proven success overseeing multiple and complex projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Strong leadership communication and problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent budgeting documentation and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Procore Bluebeam and MS Project

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

• Design-build experience strongly preferred
