Summary/Objective:
The Vice President of Account Management will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth with key accounts. This senior leader will develop strategic account management initiatives collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery retention and revenue expansion. The VP will act as a primary advocate for key clients aligning their needs with our service capabilities while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow existing accounts identify new opportunities and maximize revenue potential.
- Work closely with operations sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Establish a strategic account plan expand client relationships track client performance metrics and provide regular reports on account health and business growth.
- Proactively address client concerns troubleshoot challenges and implement solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee contract renewals pricing strategies and service level agreements to optimize business outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and customer expectations to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of experience in account management client services or business development within the 3PL transportation or logistics industry.
- Proven track record of driving client satisfaction revenue growth and retention.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex enterprise relationships.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Familiarity with logistics technology platforms transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
