Make an impact as a Fraud Change Specialist

As a Fraud Change Specialist within the Fraud Service Center (FSC) you are the driving force behind change in an environment where fraud and financial-economic crime (FEC) are constantly evolving. You combine strong change capabilities with a deep interest in fraud FEC and relevant laws and regulations.

This is a demanding role that requires proven experience in change management. You know how to translate complex challenges into concrete improvement initiatives and ensure sustainable implementation. You are capable of providing direction taking ownership and making a real impact in a dynamic and high-paced environment.

What you will do

You will work in a setting where together with experienced colleagues you are responsible for initiating guiding and realizing change within the FSC. You are visible results-oriented and able to mobilize others to move forward.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading change initiatives within the FSC: You guide complex changes and ensure sustainable implementation
• Stakeholder management: You maintain close contact with internal and external stakeholders and align different interests
• Translating laws and regulations into operational processes: You ensure the FSC remains compliant without losing sight of the customer
• Prioritizing and coordinating activities within the Transformation Office: You monitor progress and impact
• Facilitating demos roadmap sessions and knowledge sharing within the FSC

What are we looking for

• Higher professional or academic education (HBO/WO)
• Proven experience in change management within a complex organization
• Affinity with fraud FEC and relevant laws and regulations (e.g. Wwft)
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build support
• Experience with Agile ways of working and a willingness to experiment with new methods
• A keen eye for both process and people and the ability to implement improvements that truly make a difference
