-Will be responsible for designing and driving Go-To- Market strategies for products and managing a team of 50 members

Key job responsibilities
-Lead the function & build a strong 3-year plan/strategy for the function which can exponentially scale
-Own key annual business goals for products like seller adoption units growth SX VOS
-Responsible for end-to-end business planning from goal setting resource allocation tracking and deliver results
-Stakeholder Management: Engage regularly with stakeholders across various levels to co-own goals track progress resolve conflicts and align on strategic decisions.
-People Management: Lead a sizable organization with a team of direct reports responsible for career advancement performance management team structure and culture.

At Amazon International Seller Services our goal is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The Seller Delight & Growth (SDG) teams mission is to design & improve seller programs/initiatives recommend and enroll sellers into them to drive their business growth.

- Bachelors degree
- 4 years of team management experience
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 10 years of experience in Sales Product
- MBA
- Experience influencing senior customer stakeholders including Directors
- Exposure to Product Marketing Customer research will be preferred
- Exposure to growing new business/programs/initiatives
- Account Management/Seller management experience in e-commerce/digital companies
