Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable is responsible for the administration and supervision of the operations of the Finance.
As an Accounts Payable we rely on you to
- Posting of all food and beverage and general supplies invoices which are forwarded from the Cost Control Dept. and Receiving Office.
- Prepare General Cashier reimbursement cheque.
- Monitor Bank Balance.
- Attending regular briefing with colleagues.
- Ensuring proper accounting of all debit/credit memos.
What we are Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience in performing purchasing functions for a large company preferably a hotel.
- Ability to work long hours and shifts.
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the Arabic language)
- Computer Knowledge.
