Job Summary:
The Human Resources Supervisor Performs administrative work related to employment and colleague Sports & Social activities; any activity related to functions of the human resources department.
As Human Resources Supervisor we rely on you to
Assists in overall administration of the Human Resources Department.
Follow through all actions required by Human Resources Department staff.
Take actions on all matters related to colleague.
Assist and organizes colleague recruitment if necessary.
Supervise and coordinates office correspondence.
Conduct interview related to staff matters if necessary.
Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of the office and stores
Collect data and prepare HR reports as required.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the colleague lounge
What we are Looking For:
- At least 3 years in the same field.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation skills
- Knowledge in Computer programs excel word PowerPoint.
