- Sending final reports and invoices to clients
- Follow up on payment recovery from clients in coordination with the Finance/Credit Control teams
- Handle gate pass arrangements
- Coordinate effectively with terminals and other stakeholders
- Support Operations Supervisors in creating job groups and sharing documentation with inspection teams
- Work closely with Supervisors to verify reporting and invoicing accuracy in line with company procedures
- Ensure timely closure of completed job files
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the line manager
- Promote a positive image of the company and its capabilities to clients
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Accountable responsible and willing to learn
- Excellent prioritization organization and time management skills
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities.
