Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality practical and academic Art lessons across the secondary age range (KS3 GCSE and A-Level).
- Inspire pupils to achieve strong outcomes in both their practical portfolios and contextual studies.
- Contribute to the departments profile by leading gallery visits running co-curricular workshops and curating school exhibitions.
- Manage and maintain the specialist art studios and equipment ensuring a creative and safe learning environment.
- Assume pastoral duties actively supporting the welfare system within a student group.
Requirements
- A strong degree in Fine Art Design or Art History and proven success teaching Art to a high standard up to A-Level.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom and inspire sustained creative and academic effort.
