- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
- A proven track record as an excellent Health & Social Care Teacher with essential experience teaching vocational courses to Key Stage 5 (A-Level equivalent BTEC/Technical Level).
- Strong subject knowledge across key areas like human lifespan development equality and diversity and anatomy.
- A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire high levels of engagement and vocational skills.
- A collaborative mindset committed to contributing positively to departmental planning and student success.
