Job Summary

Saint Alphonsus is seeking a locum NP to add to their pool to provide coverage starting as soon as credentialed. Provider must be able to work in 4-5 day stints at a minimum.
Schedule: 24 hour call and rounding. Flexibility on scheduling is preferred.
EMR: EPIC
90 day credentialing timeframe
Must be NCC certified.
Admits for Level II NICU rounding discharge high risk deliveries intubation UVC lines.
Dates of Coverage: (Can emergency privilege for available dates)
October 23rd

Nov 22nd at 0800 to Nov 24th at 0800
Nov 26 at 0800 to Nov 28

December 31st - Ongoing into 2026

MD diploma

Travel Requirements:
Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees)
Lodging - $179/night cap for hotels (to include all taxes and fees). Preferred Lodging: Candlewood Suites Boise Towne Square an IHG Hotel.
Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility (not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement). $50/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather).
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility (only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car).
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
24 Hour On Call ($1800 rate cap to include 6 hours gratis)
Holiday 24 Hour On Call
Call Back ($240 rate cap)
Holiday Call Back
Conversion Fee ($15k rate cap)
