Registered Nurse Renal Vascular (Night Shift)
Location: Gainesville FL 32601
Shift: 12-hr Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
What You Will Do in This Role: - Comprehensive Assessment: Collect detailed data related to the patients health and circumstances.
- Patient Advocacy: Actively advocate for patients within an interdisciplinary care team.
- Diagnosis and Care Planning: Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and create individualized care plans.
- Outcome Identification: Identify expected outcomes for each patients care plan.
- Patient Safety: Ensure patient safety is a top priority while effectively managing time supplies and equipment.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medications procedures and treatments providing ongoing support throughout their stay.
- Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of acute care RN experience (open to other RN backgrounds).
- Licensure: Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or be able to obtain licensure before starting.
- Education: Nursing Diploma or ASN required BSN preferred.
- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA Healthcare provider required before start.
- NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
