Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate: $1944 $2088; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shift: Rotating

7:00 AM 7:30 PM
9:00 AM 9:30 PM
7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment at a reputable facility in Concord NH. The RN will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with mental health and behavioral conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgment crisis intervention skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced behavioral health environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess plan implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor and document patients conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and perform other nursing interventions as prescribed.
Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention strategies when needed.
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions treatment plans and coping strategies.
Maintain a safe therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of recent Behavioral Health or Psychiatric RN experience required.
Must have documented travel nursing experience.
Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact State RN license required.
License verification for all active RN licenses.
Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association required).
Current CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification required.
EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner experience is preferred but not required
