Job Title: Business Analyst Dynamic CRM (Automotive Domain)
Location: 100% Remote (Michigan/TX)

Job Overview: we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with deep expertise in automotive industry business processes to support the definition design and implementation of a new CRM system. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of OEM and Tier 1 supplier buying cycles-from lead generation through post-sale-ensuring the CRM aligns with industry best practices and customer engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for CRM implementation.
- Define business processes across the automotive sales lifecycle (lead management opportunity management quoting order fulfillment service and post-sale support).
- Collaborate with solution architects developers and vendors to translate business requirements into CRM system functionality.
- Develop process flows use cases and functional specifications tailored to automotive industry standards.
- Ensure CRM workflows capture OEM and Tier 1 supplier customer interactions effectively.
- Provide input on data governance reporting and analytics to enhance customer insights.
- Support testing validation and change management during the CRM deployment lifecycle.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably with a focus on Dynamic CRM systems.
- Strong knowledge of automotive industry processes especially OEM and Tier 1 supplier buying cycles.
- Proven track record in defining and designing CRM solutions (Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
- Experience in lead-to-order and post-sales process mapping within automotive domain.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to aftermarket automotive business processes.
- Familiarity with customer experience (CX) best practices in automotive.
- Prior involvement in global CRM rollouts.
