Job Summary:

Windowstien is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead our accounting department and oversee all financial activities of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations statutory filings and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-spectrum accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and balance sheet preparation.
Handle GST filing and reconciliation on a monthly and annual basis.
Ensure timely TDS filing and compliance with income tax regulations.
Manage ESI and PF filings and ensure statutory compliance.
Prepare monthly salary and incentive calculations for all employees.
Make vendor and statutory payments using CMS (Cash Management System).
Respond to government notices and coordinate with auditors or consultants for timely resolution.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure internal controls are followed.
Prepare periodic financial reports for management review.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting.
7 10 years of experience in full-cycle accounting and compliance.
Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel and online filing portals (GST Income Tax EPFO ESIC).
Strong understanding of accounting principles compliance norms and statutory filings.
Good communication and leadership skills to manage the accounts team and coordinate with management.
