Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers to design develop implement and maintain enterprise-scale applications using distributed and front-end technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts developers and stakeholders) to gather requirements refine use cases and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Prepare and execute test scenarios document results and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Support integration end-to-end and user acceptance testing.
Drive innovation and adopt new tools frameworks and technologies to enhance system performance and delivery.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills

Required:

5 years in software development with strong experience in designing and building enterprise-scale applications (on-prem & cloud-native).
Hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot ReactJS NodeJS TypeScript/JavaScript AWS/Azure REST APIs and cloud-native services (AKS Azure Web Apps).
Experience in microservices DevSecOps CI/CD (Azure) Docker/Kubernetes and databases like MongoDB Oracle or SQL Server.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

Knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender (ITX).
Experience in TDD/BDD and distributed systems development (Java/J2EE SQL XML AngularJS Jenkins BitBucket Bamboo etc.).
SAFe 6.0 certification and experience in Group Benefits domain.
