Job Summary

Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (SDLC UAT Case Management 8 yrs)

Location: Austin TX (Hybrid -Local to Austin Area Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Mandatory Qualifications

Extensive experience reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs.
Deep understanding of the business analysis areas of knowledge including associated activities and tasks.
Proven experience participating in software development reviews providing guidance and assistance in analysis design and testing.
Hands-on experience performing or supporting unit testing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Thorough knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively engaging with IT teams business professionals and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the implementation of case management systems.
Proficiency with Jira or similar project management software.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather document and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications.
Participate in design and code review sessions providing expert analysis and recommendations.
Support and coordinate testing activities including unit system and user acceptance testing ensuring solutions meet business needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business process models requirements traceability and user guides.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SDLC standards methodologies and best practices throughout all phases of the project.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations and system efficiency.
