Job Title: Business Systems Analyst Smart Sheets Agiloft & Lucid Chart
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support operations across Smart Sheets Lucid Chart and Agiloft platforms. The role is primarily focused on support activities including resolving L1/L2 tickets maintaining system documentation and collaborating with business users to ensure smooth platform usage.
Responsibilities:
- Over all 2 4 years of experience.
- Provide L1/L2 support for Smart Sheets Lucid Chart and Agiloft platforms.
- Troubleshoot user issues escalate complex tickets and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain and update process flows diagrams and templates using Lucid Chart.
- Support configuration and workflow updates in Agiloft as per business needs.
- Collaborate with business users to understand recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Document resolutions FAQs and SOPs for support processes.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Smart Sheets Lucid Chart and Agiloft.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage support queues and prioritize tickets effectively.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Exposure to life sciences or regulated environments is a plus.
Work Site: Redwood City CA
Duration: 6 Months
