Terms: Permanent / Full Time
Salary: $60K/yr - $70k/yr
Position Reports To: Director of Operations
Schedule Type: Once onboarding is completed a Hybrid schedule of two days remote and three days in the office.
Interview Process: Phone screen followed by an in-person interview
Job Summary
The Client Experience Coordinator position is responsible for fully supporting our sales team in the daily servicing of client accounts orders and client satisfaction.
What Youll Do
- Create process and track orders
- Monitor and update order status
- Monitor and update shipment logs/notifications
- Communicate with vendors and clients on order status
- Work with the Accounting department to ensure orders are invoiced correctly
- Monitor Dashboard Reports
- Process RMAs for client returns
- Ensure Salesforce data entry is accurate
- Open communication with the warehouse department to ensure that the shipment meets the clients expected delivery date
- Coordinate equipment programming with the Professional Services team
- Verify product availability and cost via vendor portals
- Creates and maintains client reports

- Very detail-oriented; focused on ensuring accurate data entry
- Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects at once
- Ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to find common ground with team members and other company employees
- Associate / Bachelors Degree preferred
- Min 2 years experience within operations: placing purchasing orders reviewing orders for accuracy keeping track of inventory working closely with the warehouse sales and other teams.
