Overview A leading construction company is seeking a detail-oriented temporary Administrative Assistant to support operations during a major construction project in a corporate bank building located in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate is organized reliable and able to handle fast-paced administrative work with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities -
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Maintain and update project logs reports and other administrative documents

Support project managers and supervisors with clerical and scheduling tasks

Prepare correspondence spreadsheets and internal reports using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)

File and organize documentation related to the project and compliance records

Communicate effectively with field staff vendors and corporate personnel

Assist with ordering and tracking supplies as needed
Qualifications -
Previous administrative or clerical experience required; construction or engineering industry experience preferred

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)

Excellent attention to detail organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy project environment
