About the Role:
A growing Part 145 Repair Station in Allentown PA (ABE) is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Inspector to join its high-performing team.
A growing Part 145 Repair Station in Allentown PA (ABE) is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Inspector to join its high-performing team.
This role is ideal for professionals passionate about maintenance excellence regulatory compliance and getting it right the first time. Youll play a key role in ensuring quality and airworthiness standards are met supporting both inspections and internal audit initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and lead RII (Required Inspection Items) and return-to-service inspections including logbook reviews
Audit work orders for accuracy parts traceability and compliance with 14 CFR Part 43 and Part 145 regulations
Ensure adherence to company manuals Safety Management System (SMS) practices calibration standards and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) controls
Promote and enforce quality standards across the maintenance operation
Collaborate with the Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector on internal audits and corrective actions
Support a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory excellence

What You Bring:
Current Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate
Extensive experience within Part 145 Repair Station operations
Background working on Gulfstream or other large-cabin business jets strongly preferred
High attention to detail strong integrity and a proactive customer-first mindset
