About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates who are eager to apply their business knowledge analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

As part of our strategy and operations group youll collaborate across departments to analyze business trends optimize processes support decision-making and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research and analysis to support business strategy operations and market intelligence initiatives.
Develop business models dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs and support leadership decisions.
Assist in process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
Prepare presentations and data-driven recommendations for internal stakeholders.
Support strategic planning business forecasting and project management activities.
Work closely with finance marketing operations and technology teams on special projects.

Qualifications

MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration Management Finance Analytics or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
Strong analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) preferred.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented proactive and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
