Technical Project Manager (Onsite)

Duration: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology projects and ensure alignment with client goals and best this role you will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders driving results through effective communication collaboration and execution.

You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously focusing on timelines quality and resource management. While continuously improving processes to enhance team performance and project outcomes.

• Lead and manage projects using Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to define project scope track progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and present status reports manage deployments and oversee production issues.
• Demonstrate strong technical understanding including experience with SQL Server .NET framework systems integration and data conversion.
• Partner closely with technical teams to interpret requirements identify risks and guide projects throughout the full lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects (small to large-scale) ensuring on-time within-budget and high-quality delivery.
• Assign and coordinate work based on team members skills and availability; track progress to ensure accountability.
• Establish and adjust project priorities objectives and procedures in alignment with business goals and available resources.
• Escalate critical issues to senior leadership with detailed analysis recommendations and actionable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership fostering collaboration motivation and clarity across teams.
• Utilize and promote the Project Management Methodology (PMM) and organizational best practices throughout all project phases.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation reports meeting minutes and communication logs.
• Schedule staff assignments set work priorities and oversee internal and contract staff to ensure coordinated efforts.
• Stay current with emerging project management tools technologies and practices to continuously improve performance.
• Coordinate concurrent projects to encourage cross-functional collaboration and effective communication among teams.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related discipline (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing or supervising IT-related projects in a technical environment.
• PMP certification (required); Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification preferred.
• Proven experience with Agile delivery methods and familiarity with large-scale software implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) Microsoft Project SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Hands-on experience managing projects and collaboration within the Microsoft technology stack.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results set priorities and achieve ambitious goals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
