Job Description: SAP ABAP Developer
Latin America - Argentina Brazil Costa Rica Mexico
6 month assignment with a potential to extend.
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Developer to join our team to support ongoing SAP development needs. This role will focus on designing and enhancing SAP programs t-codes forms reports and workflows and custom functionalities to ensure robust and scalable system operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ABAP enhancements forms custom report and workflow development.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain custom ABAP enhancements forms custom reports and workflows to support evolving business processes.
Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code to improve performance and reliability.
Participate in unit testing debugging and documentation of technical specifications.
Ensure compliance with SAP development standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
3 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience with a strong focus on enhancement workflow forms and custom reports development.
Solid understanding of SAP SD module.
Experience with ALV reports BAPIs BADIs User Exits SmartForms Adobe Forms and other enhancement techniques.
Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project-driven environment.
Availability to work between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM local time.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting SAP projects related to organizational restructuring or business process transformation.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 BTP and SAP RISE development.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
