Are you a detailed-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills We are looking for a reliable and highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team! This ideal candidate will support daily operations and ensure seamless interactions with residents vendors and prospective tenants.
Job Duties:
Assist with lease facilitation ensuring documents are properly prepared or submitted
Draft and distribute tenant notices ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Submit and track work orders for property maintenance requests
Answer and direct phone calls providing exceptional customer service
Schedule and coordinate property tours for prospective tenants
Maintain organized records and documentation for leasing and property management tasks
Provide administrative support to the property management team and report directly to the VP of Eastern Ohio Operations
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in an office or administrative role preferred
Experience in property management or leasing is a plus but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel and basic property management software is a plus
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
