Job Summary

QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or other related program
With at least 6 years of SAP experience in PP and PM modules
At least 2 full cycles of implementation and experience on project and support environment
Performed testing and conducted training to end users
Created functional documentation (FSD) and mapped business process
Worked with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
Able to work in individual and team projects
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Amenable to work on a hybrid setup

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide primary operational support and system enhancements on SAP ECC PP / PM functionalities.
Develops innovative solutions in support to the needs of the organization.
Participate in project implementation and provides expertise recommendations and best practices.
Facilitates requirement gathering discussions including evaluation and documentation of business requirements.
Offers system solutions along with identifying validating and interpreting business needs and requirements.
Designs customizes configures and tests modules for change requests and enhancement projects.
Develops functional specifications on ABAP enabled reports or programs and spearheads thorough testing prior to handover to end-users for User Acceptance Testing.
Provides application support resolves concerns and errors encountered by end-users analyzes and investigates issues and creates permanent or workaround solutions.
Performs functional testing to validate alignment of recently performed system changes and enhancements to business requirements through integration testing ensuring efficient operations upon deployment to production.
Prepares and maintains required documentation such as functional specification documentation business procedures quick reference guides and user manuals.
Prepares training materials and conducts training to end-users.
Creates workflow to ensure project completion based on defined scope budget and timeline.
