Our client a proudly Nigerian company on a mission to turn every part of the agricultural raw material into nourishing food productswith zero waste and maximum is seeking to hire a professional dependable and hardworking staff to join our factory team as a Quality Control & Production Operator. This person will be fully responsible for managing the production floor and maintaining strict quality control standards as we make a variety of products including coconut and dried snacks coconut milk fresh milk fresh yogurt and oils.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily food production of:
- Coconut Snacks and Dried Snacks
- Coconut Milk
- Fresh Dairy Milk
- Fresh Milk Yogurt
- Coconut Oils
- Monitor each production batch for cleanliness consistency and safety.
- Document quality control checks and maintain accurate production logs.
- Operate clean and maintain factory equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Enforce hygiene standards and proper handling practices across all stages of production.
- Report issues promptly and maintain high production and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Diligent trustworthy and accountable with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP platforms.
- Willingness to learn follow instructions and grow within the role.
- Ability to commute easily to the factory location.
- Strong sense of cleanliness and pride in maintaining consistent standards.
- Experience in dairy or yogurt production (preferred).
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety protocols; HACCP certification is a plus.
- Previous experience with food processing machines or tools (preferred).
