Exposure in Docker Kubernetes Jenkin or any other CI/CD tool

Good communication

Nice to have exposure or knowledge of Github Copilot or any other GenAI tool Python language

Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient software solutions using Java and AWS.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the team.

You are Responsible for:

Overseeing the technical aspects of projects ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and efficiency.
Identifying and resolving technical challenges and issues that arise during development and implementation.

To succeed in this role you should have the following:

Proven experience in Java development and a strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas engage with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.

Required Skills:

Min 5 years of experience in Java 8 and above in development Java11/17 preferred. Min 2 yrs strong hands-on experience with AWS Knowledge of Docker Kubernetes Jenkins (CI/CD) Good communication and problem-solving skills
