Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) CRM Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation customization and support activities across CRM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong functional understanding along with hands-on technical expertise in Oracle EBS CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on Oracle EBS CRM modules such as Service Contracts Field Service iSupport Teleservice Install Base Depot Repair and Sales.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design develop and support RICE components (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions).
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Perform setups configurations and functional testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance SCM etc.) to ensure smooth business operations.
