Requirements
Possess 24 years of post-registration experience in an acute care setting.
Hold a valid NMBI PIN and be registered in the General Division of the NMBI Register of Nurses.
Have a minimum of one year of management experience in a healthcare setting.
Hold a recognized nursing degree or possess equivalent relevant experience.
Have completed a management training course or certification.
Demonstrate strong clinical competence and professional aptitude.
Be proficient in IT systems and confident using all relevant healthcare software.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with both staff and patients.
Be highly motivated and enthusiastic with a proven ability to work independently.
Demonstrate the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Exhibit the capacity to collaborate and engage with staff at all organizational levels.
