Job Summary

Projects: Reactive & Worldline All-in-One
Location: Greece (with international collaboration)

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our expanding team and support our Reactive and Worldline All-in-One projects across Greece and abroad.
As a CSR youll be the voice of our company ensuring every client receives world-class support and service. Youll handle inquiries provide accurate product information and proactively resolve issues all with professionalism empathy and efficiency.

About the Role
You will serve as a liaison between our customers and our technology teams helping clients make the most of our platforms. Youll listen carefully respond thoughtfully and turn customer challenges into positive experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls messages and customer requests.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide accurate valid and complete information using the right tools and processes.
  • Handle complaints with patience and professionalism following up until resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and ensure internal knowledge bases stay up-to-date.
  • Contribute to improving help desk documentation and workflows.
  • Follow established communication procedures policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong phone and written communication skills.
  • Active listening empathy and customer-focused attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond to diverse customer personalities.
  • Bachelors degree (Business Communications or related field preferred).
  • Proficiency in English; a big plus.
