Sous chef Salary:25 Gross per hour

Job description:

A brand-new luxury theatre and nightclub concept is launching in Londons West End and we are looking for chefs to complement the kitchen team.

The Emerald Theatre home toDiamonds and Dust a cabaret production by world-renowned performer Dita Von Teese will feature an incredible immersive dining experience.

The team will work closely with a strong and experienced Head Chef who oversees the menu creation to refine and execute a sophisticated high-volume three-course menu.

The kitchen is well-equipped having previously operated as a large restaurant. The role demands high-volume experience and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The venue operates on a structured schedule with dark days on Tuesdays. The show runs multiple times a week including two services on Sundays and three on Saturdays. Bar snacks will also be available for non-dining guests.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting kitchen team for a new London venue with high-profile clientele and a strong head chef at the helm of the kitchen!

Candidates should have strong leadership skills experience in high-volume service and the ability to follow recipes and strict SOPs to create incredible menus and unforgettable guest experiences.
