Job Summary
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms common areas and restrooms.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from dust dirt and debris.
Manage laundry services by washing drying folding and delivering linens and towels as needed.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Handle special requests from guests or management with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist in floor care duties such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and polishing as required.
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques is beneficial for maintaining larger facilities.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
A commitment to providing exceptional service in a hotel or similar environment is highly valued.
