Construction Clean Manager
About the Role
Jack Laurie Group is seeking a Construction Clean Manager to lead and work alongside field teams on active construction cleaning projects. This hands-on role ensures work is completed safely efficiently and to our high-quality standardswhile maintaining labor budgets and schedules.
The ideal candidate is a strong adaptable leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and leads by example.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and work alongside cleaning crews to ensure safety productivity and quality.
Assign daily tasks monitor progress and manage crew hours within budget.
Serve as the on-site point of contact for General Contractors and project supervisors.
Coordinate schedules access and sequencing to meet project timelines.
Conduct on-site quality and safety checks addressing issues immediately.
Plan and adjust crew schedules in partnership with Operations Managers.
Ensure equipment supplies and chemicals are available and properly used.
Train and mentor team members on cleaning standards and safety practices.
Qualifications
3 years of experience in construction cleaning commercial janitorial or field supervision.
Proven leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on work ethic and ability to perform physical cleaning tasks.
Experience managing labor budgets and meeting project timelines.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and surface care techniques.
Flexible schedule (1st/2nd shift and some weekends).
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
OSHA/safety compliance experience preferred.
