Ensuring all purchase orders are valid and current
General office duties and administration
Sourcing and negotiating with local suppliers for the procurement of alternate goods in accordance with local procurement policies and procedures
Handling of day-to-day purchase requests for spare parts
Ensuring all purchase orders on the system are current and up to date
Expediting open purchase orders
Ensure Internal customers are kept up to date with ETAs supply delays etc.
Resolving of supply queries regarding quality over and under supply etc.
Monitor Supplier performance and SLAs
Ensure the pricing platform is kept up to date with all variances between local and factory prices
Ensure that all technical specifications are effectively communicated between Suppliers and Customers
Clear Communication.
Relationship Management.
Parts Knowledge.
Minimum 4-5 years related experience.
Diploma or bachelors in supply chain or related qualification.
