To lead manage and deliver an integrated end-to-end Third Party Risk management Framework policies standards templates & tools across the Standard Bank Group to ensure alignment to leading practices and adhere to all relevant Standard Bank policies & regulatory requirements. To provide industry expertise and subject matter expertise relating to Third Party Risk management practices to achieve a standardised approach to proactively managing third party risk across the Standard Bank Group.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Legal or Commerce Degree
- Certified Third-Party Risk Professional
- Preferred: Post Graduate Degree in Risk Management
- Preferred: MBA or Masters Degree in Risk Management
Experience required:
- 8-10 years Deep specialist experience in risk management is essential
- Expertise in determining risk appetite for the Bank and provide specialist advice to senior and executive leaders across the financial services organisation.
- 5-7 years proven track record in management of supplier or third party risk.
- 1-2 years AI and Automation fluency- leveraging AI tools and APIs to automate and streamline processes.
- Knowledge and experience in third party risk platforms as well as exposure to Artificial Intelligence incorporated in the risk management.
