The Carpentry Maintenance Mechanic I performs maintenance repair fabrication installation and modification work on buildings/components offices corridors etc.. This work is performed under general supervision using the tools and techniques of carpentry technology. This position has a focus on roofing.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Requires 5 years related work experience including 2 years experience in metal framing drywalls and all types of floorings and ceiling full-time equivalent spent in a state-approved program may count toward the 5-year work experience requirement.

Salary Range: Minimum26.96per hour - Maximum31.30per will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
