About the Role
As a ITBusiness Analyst youll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutionsanalyzing requirements designing scalable workflows and ensuring systems operate seamlessly. Youll configure maintain and optimize NetSuite ERP and related enterprise platforms while driving automation efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to identify analyze and solve challenges using technology-driven solutions
- Elicit document and refine business requirements into actionable user stories workflows and system configurations
- Align technology initiatives with business strategies balancing tactical needs with long-term scalability
- Configure maintain and troubleshoot NetSuite ERP and related enterprise applications to optimize daily business operations
- Support automation initiatives through platforms like Workato or Zapier to streamline and enhance business processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate technical solutions for security scalability and operational impact
- Leverage tools such as Jira and Confluence to document track and deliver projects efficiently
- Serve as a change champion by documenting processes training users and fostering adoption of new tools and features
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement efficiency gains and innovation
- Perform other duties as assigned
What Youll Need
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication collaboration and organizational abilities
- Experience: 3 years as a Business Analyst Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Technical: Hands-on experience configuring and supporting NetSuite ERP; proficiency with automation platforms such as Workato (preferred) or Zapier
- Platforms: Familiarity with Box (content management) AWS (cloud services) and Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence Bitbucket)
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- Project Management: Skilled in requirements gathering testing stakeholder communication and workflow documentation
- Attributes: Innovative adaptable and committed to driving efficiency through technology

- 85% or more of projects completed on time within scope and meeting stakeholder expectations
- Increased business adoption of new features workflows and process improvements

Work Environment
This role is a remote position. Youll collaborate closely with business and technology teams balancing independent analysis with cross-functional project delivery.
