Those in corporate law at PwC will provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions corporate governance and compliance. You will leverage experience in corporate law and the ability to navigate complex legal frameworks.

Your role is crucial in driving business growth shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders.   • Lead the review and finalization of various client service agreements for the Firm with focus on Intellectual Property and Artificial Intelligence.

  • Interacting with internal clients from the Product Council providing guidance to the technology/assets team product developers client-facing teams firm leadership external vendors clients procurement officers and lawyers.

  • Having a firm foundational understanding of intellectual property (IP) and IP commercialization and must be familiar with the entire technology contract lifecycle from product counseling to post-signature contract compliance.

  • Demonstrating experience with various forms of technology ideally

across various industries and market segments understanding the landscape for commercializing technology. Prior experience in Artificial Intelligence space will be an added advantage.

  • Providing IP legal and commercial guidance to product developers and business owners and negotiating technology agreements of every kind.

  • Possessing experience as a technical professional in technology transactions.

  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders and driving consensus.

  • Delivering unwelcome news in an appropriate and diplomatic manner.

  • Acting as an individual contributor but also within a small team in a large enterprise.

    • 15 plus years with at least 12 years of relevant experience in advising on Legal agreements data and other technology contracts.

    • Legal professional with strong experience in Service level Agreements

    • Strong understanding of US state Laws and local regulations.

    • Minimum qualification- Bachelors Degree (US State bar or US LLM preferred)

    • Shift Time- Overlap with US time 2 PM-11 PM & flexible

    • Demonstrate effective communications skills (both written and verbal)
