Manufacturing Engineer

Salary: 30000 - 35000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time Permanent

Are you a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer looking for your next challenge Join our growing team and play a key role in developing and supporting innovative manufacturing processes coordinating with suppliers and in-house teams and driving efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and manage tooling requirements by working closely with both in-house technicians and external suppliers.
Support the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing.
Coordinate and evaluate different process manufacturing methods for optimal production outcomes.
Assist in the implementation of new products into mass production ensuring smooth transition from development to full-scale manufacturing.
Collaborate with engineering firms to acquire and integrate new equipment suited to production needs.
Work alongside Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure manufacturing meets compliance for new products and address challenges in existing production.
Use ERP systems effectively for Bill of Materials (BOM) tasks and general manufacturing data management.

Requirements:

Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Strong understanding of tooling and production processes.
Experience with ERP systems (BOM creation and management).
Proven ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams including QA engineering and external vendors.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
