Position Overview:
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic estheticians to provide expert esthetic services to our guests. Whether you are new to the industry and have a desire to expand your skills and build your business or are an experienced esthetician with an established clientele we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with guests to understand their desired look or lifestyle needs
- Provide professional esthetic and nail services including manicures pedicures waxing brows and more
- Use a range of tools and products to achieve different looks
- Stay current on the latest styling trends and techniques
- Educate guests on proper skin nail (ect) care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
- Ensure a clean and organized work area following all sanitation and hygiene guidelines
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all guests
- Uphold excellent customer service standards ensuring guests feel welcome and taken care of at all times
