- Enjoying complexity: As a Program Manager you lead complex software implementation programs across various business units and locations.
- Taking responsibility: You are the primary point of contact for all project-related questions and help clarify any issues that arise.
- Organizational talent: You define the programs timeline including setting milestones and responsibilities delegating and managing work packages and overseeing cost control.
- Communicating in a connected way: You are a key contact for both your stakeholders and the various project teams and service providers. You ensure a smooth flow of information within the program.
- Living cooperation: You advise on and manage emerging risks and support the project team with necessary escalations.
- Keeping the goal firmly in sight: You continuously monitor progress and initiate timely corrective actions in case of potential deviations from the plan.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- Extensive experience in leading complex and international software implementation programs in manufacturing.
- Extensive hands-on experience in both agile and traditional project management.
- Experience in the process industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MES solutions and production platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to present in front of C-level executives.
- Flexibility for limited travel on annual basis.
