Senior Buyer

Where will you work: This position will be located at our NA business headquarters at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive Lithia FL.

Were seeking aSenior Buyerto coordinate purchasing operations across multiple projects and this role youll drive strategic sourcing initiatives manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with established agreements and policies. Youll serve as a key resource for facilities and project teams supporting the development and execution of various contract typesfrom supplier agreements to EPCM contracts. If youre a proactive collaborator with a strong grasp of procurement strategy and contract management wed love to connect with you.

What youll do:

Partner with Corporate Services to plan and ensure scope development to include schedules schedule of values terms and conditions bidders list for all bid packages for the projects.
Detail bid analysis and award recommendations.
Manage supplier performance and relationships commercially through completion of agreements.
Develop well-structured agreements assuring Mosaics interest utilizing Mosaics existing tools and process.
Work with legal to develop these agreements associated with the projects.
Ensure agreements are executed filed and distributed per Mosaic policy.
Work within ISN regarding contractor conformance of
Pursue and report cost saving opportunities and process improvements.
Attend meetings and discussions collect data prepare reports travel to site and participate in Strategic Sourcing projects.

What youll need:

High School diploma or GED
1 years ofComputerizedMaintenanceManagement System (CMMS)experience
Purchasing andManufacturingexperience.
Inventory Management experience

Bonus points if you have the following:

Bachelors degree in business administration or related discipline
Supervising experience
5 years of procurement experience
