As a Warehouse Supervisor youll be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations at a Best Buy-led delivery facility. Youll lead Best Buy employees and services partners to enable a best-in-class customer and employee experience. Youll focus on safety quality and productivity by proactively identifying coaching opportunities with the team to ensure standard operating procedures are followed.

What youll do
- Establish a positive and engaging environment by building relationships with peers colleagues and third-party partners
- Develop and maintain pertinent partnerships to drive business results and improve customer experience
- Maintain a broad scope of knowledge in facility operations through required training and leadership development
- Manage the daily labor plan ensuring labor hours are distributed appropriately for the volume of the day
- Resolve customer system and inventory related issues as needed while preparing employees to address future challenges on their own
- Build and maintain an exceptional team culture centered around engagement and belonging
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- 1 year of experience in sales customer service or related field
- Experience in delivery transportation distribution or logistics
- Experience with warehouse management systems
