Job Summary

About The Role

Reporting into the CRM Integration & Enablement Manager this role is responsible for the scoping implementation and measurement of use cases campaigns and customer journeys in our new marketing automation platform Braze. Working with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business including both technical and commercial teams you will play a key role in ensuring our customer communications are implemented using best practice CRM to drive commercial and business outcomes. Additionally this role will assist with the development and implementation of processes procedures and documentation for efficient and effective use of the platform.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Accountability for end-to-end implementation of campaigns and customer journeys focused on driving engagement and commercial metrics.
  • Take a lead role within CRM to deliver the CE strategy focusing on delivering a program that generates customer retention and business growth.
  • Development and implementation of processes procedures and documentation
  • An experimentation mindset- seeking out ways to optimize and improve CRM performance.
  • Understand our data and how its integrated to best implement and track customer journeys.
  • Reporting & optimization of campaigns and being able to communicate the value of campaigns to a variety of teams across the business.
  • Provide support and recommendations on campaign configuration to wider team including conditional logic and assist in troubleshooting.

About You

  • Communicates effectively and builds relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including both business and technical specialists
  • Strong time management skills & ability to prioritise work with greatest impact.
  • Understanding of channel management best practices and proficient with all CRM related tools

Please note this is a 6 month secondment.
