Job Description

We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic and growing team. This role plays a key part in supporting internal and external communication initiatives ensuring brand consistency and maintaining the high standards our clients expect. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and edit clear compelling content for internal communications press releases newsletters and company materials.

  • Coordinate and maintain communication calendars ensuring timely delivery of key messages.

  • Support the development of communication strategies aligned with company goals and branding.

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency and clarity across all communication channels.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events announcements and presentations.

  • Monitor and report on communication effectiveness suggesting improvements where needed.


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field.

  • 13 years of experience in communications corporate writing or related roles.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining brand integrity.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong document formatting skills.
