Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Agent to join our dynamic team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between clients partners and internal departments ensuring clear accurate and effective communication across all channels. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and internal communication needs.
Draft edit and manage professional correspondence and documentation.
Coordinate communication flow between departments to ensure project alignment.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent timely updates and follow-ups.
Support the execution of communication strategies aligned with company objectives.
Prepare detailed reports and summaries for management and stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Business or a related field.
13 years of professional experience in communications or client relations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism discretion and reliability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and general business tools.
